Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
- The product does not function as described
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Provide a detailed description of the issue.
- Submit an unboxing video clearly showing the condition of the product upon arrival.

Non-Eligible Returns
The following are not eligible for returns:
- Damage resulting from improper use or installation
- Normal wear and tear
- Products that have been used or modified
- Customized or personalized 3D-printed products (unless they arrive damaged)
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- The item must be returned in its original, unused condition.
- Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2-3 business days.

Shipping Information
- We operate from Monday to Friday.
- Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days from the order date.
- We are closed on Indian national holidays and major festivals.
- Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
